Turf Turf

Well, today was half a day out at Kranji, and one of the golf courses for our Turf Management fieldtrip. It was a really good experience for me because it's my first time in a golf course, and we had a good insight into the works behind the maintenance of the golf course.
Some fo us had to take a bus to the place, it was quite a short ride and the roads were extremely smooth on the way there.
When we got there, settled down for a while and headed out to see the maintenance machines parading out for us one at a time, just like an exibition. Hahaha, some were really cool, and you'd be surprised at how the simplest-looking machine is the cutest and most fun to watch.
Next we all had to get down and dirty in the sun planting turf grass, and it's not as easy as it looks. Simple grass is so not easy to plant, and only through experience can you get a good result.
But of course, the unanimous vote for the most fun portion of the whole thing was the buggy ride around the golf course. Hahaha, it was really really nice and simply fun. Wen Wei was the driver for mark and myself, and mark was holding on for dear life because WW kept jerking the gas, LOL.
Well, it was a good day, and very funny, so now it's back to drawing and more drawing.
