Well,its monday morning and its really early,and im up and out of bed......-_-''' just cant seem to sleep properly today....probably cause of the rain,or maybe something else which i have no idea wat...but anyhow,not much has happened the past few days....
i completed my German essay on Friday and submitted it(just wanna get it over with)...then saturday went out for a recee with my BB pals to check out and familiarise ourselves with the cycleton route....yesh,we're having an overnight cycleton at the end May,kinda cool,the last time we had it was when i was in Sec 1...a long long time ago man...but it was really fun, so im looking forward to this year's one as well. =) unfortunately,im in charge of logistics again...haish...but at least i got my good pal Dan to help me out =) muahhahahhaha,so less stress....ummmm and i also celebrated my Granny's Bday as well.....hahahha it was fun la....got a chance to catch up with cousins and uncles and aunts....
Sunday morning was kinda eventful...ok,Ryong and myself volunteered to help Lucy with moving her stuff,cause she just rented a new apartment,so we helped her carry all her barang barang.....but when we got to the house,the stupid owner of the house was still living in there,but in the contract,he should have already moved out 1 week ago la....-_-''' dumb guy,and i think hes actually from India,not a Singaporean....he also acted like some bigshot,scolding us like nothing.....ah well...we all quarrelled it out,but it was finally resolved and he moved out and all the stuff was moved in....and luckily tat was just in time for us to make our way to church...phew......had a great time there and my day ended with a delicious dinner at The Hong Kong Cafe or something like tat,its located around Siglap there la....but the food was nice and interesting....i drank tea with vanilla ice cream o.O kinda weird taste la...hahahhaha ah well.....new stuff to try....and i also confirmed tat gals like to be flattered a lot...lol -_-'' no idea why,but i dont wanna find out as well....LOL.....okok enough,gonna try to level up to 21!! =)

GD morning peeps!!!! anyway,i couldnt seem to sleep any longer....so imma just point a fact to start this day off....
well...somehow i cant seem to shake the feeling off that the start of year 2 for the whole class is actually kinda not-tat-good kind of thing... there were a lot of things which upset the lot of us,not only the 10 f us,but almost the whole class as well.....hmmmmm,i dunno,but this semester doesn't seem tat interesting and fun compared to year 1 lor....its like a lot of things has changed,frm the lecturers to peoples' behaviours.....i guess it still has something to do with post-holiday syndrome or something....but anyway if this continues,i dunno if this sem will be a good 1 for me.....cause i mean i like things to be happy and joyful,not solemn and downcast.....haishhhhhh ah well,all i can do now is to hope i guess.....

hmmmmm ok,today was an interesting day......ok,lets see,it started off with a new module called entomology(its the study of insects ifu dont already know).....so new module,means new teacher......it was taught by this lady called Mrs Choo...hahhaha,frm the name u can tell shes kinda advanced in her years...and yes,she is.....i think shes like 50++,she already has a daughter 31 yrs married liao la.....o.O amazing.....
so anyway we all had to intro ourselves to her,and well,it took like 1 hr to go thru 2 classes lor...kinda slow la...but oh well.....
anyway she also had a lot of stories to tell us la...really, A LOT.....ahhhh oh well....so lesson dragged on a bit....then came Chitra's tutorial...
if u can recall,shes the indian lecturer whom quite a few of my frens hate....ya,tat lecturer.....
so it was her tutorial....well,it was mroe interactive and fun today la....we did a crossword puzzle....kinda hard..but it was definitely much better than listening to her teach la.....
then after lunch,it was entomology practical.....it was kinda cool,we had a chance to impale the insects we caught....meaning we could stick pins thru the insects' bodies ....muhahahahhaha *evil laugh*.......it was kinda cool....so ya,tat was the end of the day's lessons......
then mj oh-so-kindly stayed back with me to help me out with my AutoCAD drawings.....unfortunately,my laptop acted up yet again......took some time to rectify,then i couldnt connect to the wireless internet in sch... -_-'''' and my halfway-done-drawings were in my email.....so with no way to access the dumb internet,i had to redo EVERYTHING all over again....zzzzzzzzzzz lolx.....ah well.....at least i learnt a few things frm mj by re-doing the drawings la....so it was not a total waste.....it took us slightly over an hour to complete everything frm scratch....impressive i must say for beginners.... :P so THANK YOU mj for helping me out.....
muahahhahahhah its gonna be a long break for me....5 days without school!!!! LOL.....ok,now imma go enjoy this hard-to-come-by break..... byeeeee =)

Aights....just started the 2nd week of sch....well..its gonna be a tough 1 to go thru,let alone the rest of the semester....i had a busy weekend with church commitments...so im still a bit dead beat frm all the singing and such...but nonetheless,also had a great German class today.... learnt new stuff,new words and mroe homework...duhz....haizzzzzz
ah well....at least im looking forward to the weekedn,cause its 5 days holiday for my whole class!!!!! woooo000hhoooo!!!!! =) Friday-Tuesday.....muahhahahahhahahhaha,man,i love this week.... hahahahhahaha,ok im getting in over my head....so till next time peeps...

wooo,just came home frm City Hall....well,i was there to get a new guitar for myself =)
i met up with Gerald then we headed to Peninsula Plaza where we went to look for my guitar....its like a music lovers paradise la....a lot of music shops,mostly selling guitars and drums and stuff...really cool...but the area seemed to be overrun with 'mats' or gangsters lor....kinda scary...but nvm...the guitar shop was big and quite a few customers were there,so it was ok if mats were around...... :P
so we went in and took a look around,my budget was only $250....so i only had 4 choices of guitars... $90,$165,$200,$260.....so we took a look at all of em with the help of an old shop assistant...but i tell u,his plucking skills were AMAZING!!! he plucked like nobody's business....and he tuned all the guitars by hearing only.....LOL.... i guess with age,comes experience lor,we addressed him as 'shi fu' after witnessing his skill,hahahhaha
.....in the end we ended up picking the $200 guitar....the sound was good and my fingers didnt hurt when i played it...muahahhahaha, cause the current one i have is steel strings,and u wouldn't want to play with them too long- mine turned blue-black after some time....lol...ah well.....so i spent $245 in total...$45 xtra for the casing and a digital tuner....

hmmmmm i guess its coming to the end of the 1st week of sch...wooohooooo!!! weekends here i come!!!! hahahhaa,but yea,time flies i guess....a lot happened during the course of this week....and it seems that the class will be in for a lot of work in the weeks to come....so every1,just hang in there,Ganbatte!!! =)

Well ok peeps,3rd day of sch just over....it went rather smoothly actually.....
yesterday was a full day of lectures,and we got a new indian lecturer,well,her lesson was kinda dry actually,really boring.....a lot of my frens all dont really like her,but after today's practical lesson with her, shes actually kinda nice,only she can be strict at times....just dont get in her way and she'll be ok i guess....im not saying i like her,but neither am i saying i dislike her.....well,time will tell whether she's a good lecturer or not lor......if Mr G was teaching this module,i guess it would have been more lively and fun actually.....i dont really mind him teaching,despite his sometimes lame jokes,i really like that,cause i can be lame at times...so i can relate... =X
hahahha,also cause he reminds me of my dad,but my dad is only 20% as talkative as Mr G,ah well....i dont really miss my dad tat much anyways......
well,AutoCAD was taught by Ms Tek,our landscaping teacher last year....so shes an old face,and still as frendly as ever......but the autoCad thingy is really tough to follow....a lot of things to do and a lot of new commands in the programme..... lolx.....well,just keep trying i say.....
its been 3 days since sch started,and a lot has already happened,a lot of printing notes and a lot of sleeping along the way home....but some things still stay the same la....and im anticipating wat will come during this semester....muahhahahhaha......

ahhhh ok,finally back from the very 1st day of sch.... well...it was only half day la...muhahahahahha,and only 1 lesson,but it was 4hrs straight!!!!!
anyway,the lesson was German. XD lol..i know i know,it sounds kinda cool to learn German at from 8am to 12 noon straight,but it was a bit too much for me la...hahahha,i seriously overloaded my precious brain....what with all the different & funny pronunciations(btw my lecturer said if it sounds funny to u,then u are speaking correct German language) hahahhahahah,oh well....and furthermore every lesson there will be an oral test la!!!! contributing 10% to overall marks lor...T_T tats really a lot of marks.....
haish.....anyway saw 2 familiar faces in ma class,apart frm mj(unfortunately him again, HAHAHAH XD),lol....ummmm 1 gal frm my Cats class,IAC class also....so virtually i have seen her ever since year 1's IS modules.....another was frm my IAC class only....but sadly,mj said she was kinda of a 'female dog', but oh well.....ppl got their own views la....i cant comment on them....
it was a kinda smooth day for me...really glad it went this well...,except i totally forgot that no slippers allowed on 1st day of sch(i wore them of course,totally 4got la) but luckily,no lecturer was on the prowl for dumb students who wear slippers to sch....phewwww..
but really,it was a good day and really enjoyed the lecturer and the new stuff i learnt....*can showoff le* hahahahhahah,so tml is gonna be a really long day for me....gotta leave early,cause mum wont be able to fetch me to sch....haizzzz ah well...... back to sch again i guess....after 2 months...somehow i miss sch,but i also miss staying at hme and slacking......argh....hahahaha...

Well,just been surfing blogs in the morning,and it seems every1 is counting down to sch re-opening tml....and yea,as cliche as it may seem,imma also count down to another chaotic/busy/interesting/fun/noisy/happy/sad semester all over again...only now,its in year 2,so more work load!!!! ahh well.....

well,just got home from my little retreat. for those who dont know,it was a 3 day-2 night thingy,from Friday-Sunday(6-8 April).... ok,firstly, i must warn all of u that this is gonna be a SUPER LONG entry,and i mean it....im gonna try to squeeze everything in here ya.....ok,here's the breakdown....but firstly,to intro the people who came along with me for this trip:

Adrian:My cell leader. Currently working in HP.

Gerald:Cell co-leader. Working in CID.

Suzanne:Cell leader for the gals. Teaching in Changkat Primary School.

Esther:Co-leader for the gals. Working as a graphic designer.

Lionel:Gerald's bro. Currently a NS commando. O.O

Lucy:Singaporean PR. Currently working with Ashley.

Ashley:Also Singaporean PR. Currently working with Lucy.

Ling Jie:Waiting to get into a university.

Pei Ling:Studying in Southern Queensland Uni(In SG of course). Working as well.

Ryong:Korean. Studying English in NUS extension. Going back to Korea in January. T_T

Calvin:My closest cousin. Studying in SP,Mechinical Engineering 3rd year.

Steven:Studying in NP,Business IT, 2nd year.

Day 1:

we all met at City Hall MRT at 6am for a hired van to take us from SG,past customs, to Mersing(M'sia). well, we only started to move off around 6.20am,but nvm,it was still ok,considering how far some of them lived...Adrain, Ashley, Lucy were not with us,cause the van didnt have enough space,so they took their own cab to customs to meet us. once there, the SG customs was very fast,but the JB customs were super super duper duper slow....lol....well,my lane was the slowest la....all the other lanes were all moving,but mine was stantionary......so we were already behind schedule,and when the van driver found out that there were 3 xtra ppl(Adrian,Ashley,Lucy) in his van,he became pissed i guess....he just kept grumbling,and he kept on going la....hahahhaha,we all just kept quiet,then he also diam diam finally.....so from JB to Mersing,the journey took about 2 1/2hrs....ya,it was really long,but it was ok la,we all chit-chatted and ate a lot inside the van, so time passed quite quickly...we arrived at Mersing around 11am,and the speedboat which was to take us to Tioman only set off at 12.30pm...so we had a lot of time....we settled down and ate lunch, then this cute little fren just popped out and dozed on our guitars:

when the speedboat disembarked, i expected it to be a smooth ride,but it was TOTALLY the opposite la,the waters on Friday was really choppy,so the boat kept bobbing up and down against the currents....there were a few time when the waves were so big that the boat had about a 1sec airtime before it hit the water,u can literally feel ur heart going up and falling down with the boat,i was freakin scared la,so i just took my mp3 and blasted music to block out the screams of the female passengers who just kept screaming on and on,i was really afraid the boat would split in 2 when it hit the water everytime la.....by the end of the 1 1/2 hr ride,every1's back and butt were all hurting...hahahahhaha....we settled down into out bunks,i was rooming with Gerald,Ryong and Calvin,we had a lil rest b4 getting a snorklling training session frm our tour guide... we had to rent the masks and life jackets la...sianz.....anyway the training was done out in the open sea,so we had to take ANOTHER speedboat ride further out to sea... this time i was more relaxed,cause i had a lifejacket, so i wasn't worried :P we got to a spot near a small island and jumped into the water...it was really cool,cause i hadn't been into the sea for donkey years, so it was really fun...we all just swam around,looking below us at the reefs and fish around...around 7pm we all headed back and prepared for dinner....the food was all malay food,but they tasted quite good actually....after a hearty meal, we all headed to my bunk, cause it was the largest,cause Ryong and i were in-charge of the IT equipment.....we had a sharing session and watched the Passion of Christ as well... cause Friday was Good Friday,so it was significant to us,so we ended the day at 11pm....

Day 2:

btw,out rooms were all air-con,so naturally, it was super cold at night.....so woke up at 6.15am to wash up and also to wake every1 else up....7am was Devotion,meaning we just gathered together and spent some time with God...then we had breakfast at 8am...there were only tea or coffee for breakfast, so i took tea,and i tell u, the tea tasted SUPER sweet la....like in a cup,3-4 packets of the McDonald's sugar was inside it la....hahahha,and it had a fruity aroma to it also.......Ashley was dubbed as 'Ya-Kun Mei' cause she was toasting bread frantically for all of us,so it was as if she was working there lor....hahah,and another guy at breakfast really thought she was working there,so he just went over to her plate with all the toast,and took a slice... hahahaha,we all just laughed lor....then anyway ashley then dubbed Ryong as 'Kim Chi Ryong' cause he's korean...hahahaha...

actually all of us noticed that both of them have something going on,but they deny it...lol...oh well....

so anyway,we were all supposed to go out to sea to do real snorkelling frm 10am to 5pm,but then we had our own activities,so we stayed on the island instead....we had about 5 hrs of R & R....we played Uno,slacked around,played volleyball and swam out to sea....

it was really fun la,to be out in the sun for a change..hahah,im just slightly darker only la...will still fade away de la...haish....so we had our next sharing session and it was followed by a BBQ dinner around 8pm....and we didnt even need to lift a finger to cook,we just sat down and waiting for the ppl to cook for us!! so cool!!! muahahhahahah....so we then headed back to have the final sharing session and it was rounded off with all of us taking a look at all the photos taken over the past few days....we all laughed a lot and crazily sometimes....lol...here's a few of wat we saw:

after that,every1 went back around 12.30am,but Gerald,Ryong,Calvin,Ashley,Pei Ling,Ling Jie,Steven and myself, played Uno again after we were all washed up,we played until 3am on Sunday morning....lol...we were all blur by the end of the game,so tat was lights out for us.... X.X

Day 3:
we only slept for about 3 1/2 hrs,cause devotion was at 7am as usual,so a few ppl were late,but we still had a meaningful time la.....this was the last day for us on Tioman,so the speedboat(yes,again -_-'') was to leave at 9.30am,so we packed up and waved goodbye to Tioman.....we arrived back at Mersing at 11am,and guess what, our little fren appeared again:

back for another round of sleeping.

hahahahhaha,so we departed frm Mersing on a coach at 12pm....it took us 3 1/2 hrs to get to customs,and along the way, probably out of 33 passengers on board, only about 8-9 were awake,the rest were all sleeping....lol....i had my music to keep me awake....and along the way,i saw A LOT of palm oil plantations....rows after rows after rows....simply so many la....X.X well, i was supposed to bring back chewing gum for all u guys, but the SG customs caught me and they recorded my name,IC,and offense lor....hahahah,luckily it wasn't serious lor....pai seh la guys,cant give u gum le.....haizzzzz,oh well,lesson learnt....
so FINALLY reached home at 5.30pm and had a good long shower...phewwwwww,then had a good sleep frm 7.30pm to 7am on monday.hhahah
.... so ya,this was wat happened during ma holiday,and i must say it was really enjoyable and i got to know every1 a lil better.... we're planning on going to Korea la,to visit Ryong as well lor,but who knows when it will take place...hahahah.....anyway,u guys should go Tioman if u haven't been there....though its a small island, its really close to nature and the sea-side views are really magnificent....so imma stop here for now,i'll tell u guys more when i get the chance to see u la....cya guys!!

so,for those of u who dont know,yours truly is finally going overseas after 2 whole years of staying in this small island....
well,im actually going to another island la...ahahhaha, Tioman Island....i know i know,why so budget place...well,cause its the nearest place to go for a retreat......yes, a retreat,not a holiday.....
im going with my cell group and im looking forward to having a good time over there and just to refresh myself before the start of year 2 T_T
so i will only be back on Sunday evening....so peeps,try not to miss me,but i'll miss u lot,and i'll tihnk of all of u when im away....lolx.....i sound as if im leaving SG for good =X
so anyways, just keep cool and stay happy as always ppl!!! =)

Aights....just went out wit my dear mum for a lil shopping spree.. =)
hey,i dont go shopping very often,so this is rare for me as it is.....
hmmmm i got myself afew shirts la....ok,not a few,but 9 to be exact...YES,9 shirts....
the cash which was spent on this was roughly 150 bucks....lolx....tats a lot la....but im actually not very different frm any gal who goes shopping ever so often....if u add all their mini shopping fees,mine isn't tat ex lor...somemore i got 9 shirts...tats a lot of new stuff to wear..... XD

i got 5 from John Lil and 4 from Giordano...they look quite nice la....wait to sch reopens,then i'll wear em to sch.... lol....
oh,and Giordano has this Green Campaign going on,and they have these graphic t-shirts with pix of plants on em...one of them is monstera deliciosa...hahah.... kinda weird to see tat plant on a shirt...o.O
hahaha,then mj said he wanna wait for a shirt design of ophiopogen jaburan,then he'll buy it....hahahhaha.....

anyway,the sales gal at Giordano was actually quite nice,frendly and well,pretty, as well....ahhhh raging hormones...lolx....

so anyways the class timetable is out,and i really hope there'll be a few changes,cause we're gonna see a lot of about 2-3 teachers....and 1 of them is totally new to me...so i have no idea wat to expect frm her......
well,i guess shopping is really fun (if u have a lot of ka-ching tat is)...hahahha,so guys,shopping is not only for gals only.... :P

Somehow,i suddenly seem to be looking forward to every Sunday.....i guess this started at the beginning of 2007....last time,i used to be reluctant when it comes to Sundays,cause it meant i had to get off my bum and go to church....but now,i find that going to church is really fun and now i always look forward to it....
well,its definitely a good sign la....and even though i sometimes fall asleep along the way to expo, i guess its still worth it....anyway,since the start of the year, i also feel good about myself now...im not really worried about wat other peeps think of me anymore, i just wanna live my life happily and worry-free.....
i've really learnt a lot as well,especially how to lead a fulfilling life and enjoy life to the fullest.... if i see new stuff, i just wanna go and try it out lor....be it new kinds of food,or a new activity...i know i never used to be and adventurous person, but recently, i have been doing a lot of stuff i didnt picture myself doing in the past....so im really glad i have the support of every single one of my frens.....yes,all u peeps out there.....THANK YOU....
without u guys, i dont think my life would be the same right now.....

hahahahhahaha,still have not catched Mr Bean/TMNT yet.....lolx...oh well.....
