O.O just returned filthy,sticky,uncomfortable from pulau ubin..... haizzzz it started out as a bright and sunny morning,but then the stupid bus ended up arriving late,so Dr Goh,our lecturer, was pissed off and the mood instantly dropped to negative levels...zzzzzzzzz and to add to that,Ben didnt make it early to school,so we tried to stall Dr Goh and tried to buy time for him,but unfortunately, we ended up hating Dr Goh even more,cause she just dismissed the idea of waiting,and just said it was too bad for ben.....-_-''
haiyaaaa,anyway,ben still took a cab to changi jetty for a weee price of 23 bucks...so we still ended up seeing each other... Bal,Mark,MJ and myself arrived at the jetty and met with GZ,Nis,Fie & Malynaa...
then we all boarded the bumboats to depart from the main island,and unfortunately for us again,we got scammed by the idiotic boat '''driver'',and it was yet another down moment for us,which kinda explained the quiet boat ride over to ubin..... T_T

anyway,when we arrived,we sat in a seminar room and was greeted by a NParks dude,and he explained how ubin came about,its history and stuff etc.
after that,we all headed out in groups to learn more bout the island and it was really interesting to learn new stuff from our tour guide Mr Tan,who is a park Ranger (wonder if he would use Mortal Blow in emergencies,hmmmmm, hahaha jkjk) anyway along the way,we saw Ubin's very own coconut picker,and it was quite a demo cause we saw how coconuts were picked....hahahhaha so cool man.....
so all of us were walking along the trials when it started to drizzle,and eventually rained heavily...... all of us were all drenched lor....my back felt like someone sneaked up and poured a pail of water on me..... haiz..... so we all continued along the trail and suddenly we saw a huge Alocasia plant and the leaves were just gigantic,so Mr Tan plucked a few for us, and we used em as make shift umbrellas and mine was too flimsy,so i ended up sharing a normal umbrella with fie.....haha so troublesome la....so many mud puddles along the trail.........zzzzzzz anyway just when we reached the end of the trail,the rain stopped la... -_- oh well.........
so after a short wash up,we all headed back to the main island..... the boat ride this time was scam-free and it was much more fun and a few group shots were taken too yaaawww hahaha.......

but then i remembered that we had to come up with a report on some development thing for Ubin....zzzzzzzzz i mean what are we supposed to write about!?!? it was raining and we didnt even see anything interesting la......so irritating.....argh!!! zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
anyways we just ended the day with a hearty lunch in Changi Village and ya...i guess tats it.... part of me still feels like it was a waste of time today....but oh well.......

well,today was an interesting day indeed,it started with me n TKC going down to the ICA(immigration centre) cause we both had to renew our long expired passports (mine expired in July =/)....so anyway we reached there bout 11am and the extention only took like 5 mins la ,so so fast........ so we had nothing to do,so off to Bugis we went.....walked around like idiots,then John came and both of the guys went down to BB HQ,while yours truly,headed down to HarbourFront,and where else but VIVO CITY!!!!!!

it was my 1st time going to our newly opened mega shopping centre in our little island country....my companions were MJ,Ben,Nis,Malynaa,Fie......we all headed into vivo and it was REALLY crowded even though it was a weekday.zzzzzzzz guess its the school holidays,so tonnes of teens were seen there......

we had a quick meal and headed to Candy Empire!! it was really cool to see a whole shop dedicated to candies,chocolate bars,toffees,sweets etc etc..... Nis was literally like a kid in a candy store,she wasn't very tall,so we had a hard time looking for her whenever she went off without us....hahahaha......she bought an assortment of gummy bears, and Fie bought a bottle of jelly beans which reminded me of Harry Potter's Bertie Botts Every Flavoured Beans....lolx......it had all sorts of flavours,like tangerine,kiwi,lemon,popcorn(malynaa's fav), and there was this one flavour which was liquorice,it was black in colour,and not to mention,it was the foulest tasting candy i have ever tasted and every1 shared my distaste,all except mj,who oddly liked it....zzzzzzzzzz hahahha oh well.......

so we headed to Toys'R'Us!!! and it was both fun and embarassing cause it was a long time since i went to this toy store,but Nis HAD to make a commotion and play around,weee-ing and wooo-ing around....lolx it was funny but only for a while though,hahahahahahaa

Giant was next on our list,and it was one of the biggest grocery stores i have seen so far......we lost the 2 gals there and we had to call here call there to finally meet up....hmmmmmm we should bring walkie-talkies next time....save on HP bills......hahahaha.......

we headed to Starbucks next,and ordered a few drinks....malynaa and i got raspberry smoothie thingies,and it was $5 bucks.....a lil too ex for me,but oh well...it was my 1st time trying a Starbucks beverage,so i didnt mind....then Ben had to leave to go to Sim Lim to get a guitar emulator thingy i guess....haha,so the remaining of us headed up to the roof of vivo,where there were these small pools of water for ppl to splash in...it was really kinda cool.....and we just sat down on a shaded patch of grass,and we just chatted and crapped around....so tat was my last memory of vivo,cause after a while we all had to go home,cause malynaa had to go meet someone,and the weather was also ominuous....dark clouds just rolled over us la....zzzzzzzzz

so ya,i guess tat was it today,a very eventful day i must say....and i finally bought new clothes for my Audition character....so cool....hahaha....ok,till next time ppl.... cherry-o!!

OK, i just wanna apologise if i haven't been updating much....just not in the mood to update much la....haizzzz oh well.....my bad.....

wooooooo...its finally the weekend,and it was a hectic week i tell u.....
the main event for this week was thursday,where we had environmental science presentation.....it was very stressful for me,cause to start things off,when the class started,i was the only member in my group who arrived,the other 4 were late,but it didnt matter fortunately....phewww
so i have been officially dubbed as 'Gan Jiong Kid' by ma frens,and i really dont mind it actually....lol.....cause i also know im very gan jiong (jittery) and i cant help it =)
i mean,being a bit gan jiong is actually good,cause u get very aware about the things happening around you, especially time... but i guess im just too gan jiong la...hahahaha....oh well....
so ya,the presentation went well,and we all had a few good laughs here n there....it was a good session all in all....
today was one of the most relaxed days since school re-opened.... it started with landscape designing,and we all spent 3 whole hours completing our own assignments....and i must say,it was starting to get a bit fun.. i got started on my Lettering assignment-- its like u have to write proper letters on a A3 paper( 2 A4 papers together)......there were lines which were meant to boost ur self confidence,eg:''I am good in everything'' or ''I am very confident'' ......hahahhaa i mean its kinda hilarious to write these lines la....but the best and most fun part of it was the last part of the assignment....we could write anything we wanted,some of my frens wrote song lyrics,some their feelings at tat point of time... but i decided to write down weapons from MapleStory....hahahahx... it was really fun, i got the chance to recall the various weapons,and i had MJ and Fie to help me out....it was really cool...... and i dunno why,but my frens laugh at my laughter most of the time...i dunno why la...maybe its because when i laugh : *hahahaha sighhhh hahahahaha* i guess tat 'sighhh' part was the funny part la....hahahah aw well...... =)

Floristry was also very very slacked...we just had to stick a 2 stalks of orchids and a few leaves of Ophiopogon jaburan and it was complete... and this arrangement wasn't even graded la....woooo so fun.... but GZ said he wasn't used to such relaxed days...-_-'' hahahaha i mean,how can anybody not like relaxed days?! hahahaahh nvm la.....
ah well,tats it i guess....till next time... =)

well,this entry is going up because on recent events in my school.
the thing which im referring to is my Interdisciplinary Studies(IS) class. its a module where people from different courses end up together attending the same module.for those lucky ones they could end up with their frens from other courses....
well,im just introducing the brief background of the module,but the main point im trying to say is this: this module is somehow creating a rift between my classmates.
ok,lemme xplain further......in this module,there are classes where we have about 4-5 ppl from the same course in the same class,so naturally,we would stick with our own peeps right.....
so only recently did i find out that my classmates are stressing and pissed over the projects required by the module...i mean i have frens getting pissed at each other beacause of some reason which im not very sure,but i just find it worrying...
honestly i dunno if my frens are pissed at me,but my group has not even started on a lot of things yet,so maybe the pissing will start later....
but anyways,i just wanna state this point: Friends are people who go through thick and thin with you.
i mean,i personally feel that its ok to get pissed at ur own frens,but forgiveness is also essential lor, and along the way,we should help each other,especially in the areas which they aren't very good at. we should like help make up for each other's bad aspects and quietly accept it lor i guess....if we find that our teammates are not doing their jobs,then just go talk to them nicely lor ( i know its not as easy as it sounds), but i find that its the way to go to solve such problems lor...

well, i guess this is just a suggestion from me,i know such things wont be solved quickly or easily,but just get through the projects 1st lor,settle the disputes later,tats wat i would say....
haha oh well,i believe things will work out somehow =)

Somehow, the more i think about it, the more i feel like i hate this semester more and more..... i mean last semester was by far better and more fun compared to this sem...
i dont really know how to put it,but the modules this sem are really really a drag,and projects keep bugging me and i really feel like giving up...i seriously seriously do.....
i guess im in a bad mood now,but recently,i have been feeling like this a lot,and it has nothin to do with me not having a GF....
i know im like whining,but right now, i really dont know wat to do...... i have 2 projects,both of which im the leader,and i always hate being the leader,but i have no other choice....i feel extremely stressed and i simply have no mood too touch my landscape homework....
i have not felt like this since ever,its the 1st time im feeling like this o.O
i usually just take things easily.but now i cant....the more i think about all the projects,the more i feel stressed and depressed.....
i just dont feel like joking anymore and i really feel like skippinig school altogether. -_-
oh man..... im in a really really freakin bad situation right now....and i dont really have any1 to confide in anymore......*sigh*........
nothing more to say......

Sooooooo,today was a kinda eventful day for me...ok lets see,class started at 2pm with Hydroponics lecture....it was kinda dry,but i guess there wasn't much choice to skip it.....but the main event today was our very 1st gardening session with Dr Koh....
it started at 4pm,and it too started to pour cats and dogs.....those poor animals....T_T
so anyways,we started by transferring some plants(never seen them b4) from flimsy platic coverings which acted like pots,to real pots....some of the girls were like kinda freaked out(esp malyna,kekeke) cause Dr Koh did a demo,and he spotted an earthworm in the midst of the soil,so like Malyna said,it was like Fear Factor,but we all still had to go on transferring the plants,so we all got started...
once we were done,the rain finally stopped,so we all went outside where we had to plant Codiaeum Variegatum along the side of the road.


so,there were 19 plants in total,and it was really a tedious job to say the least....{if any1 of u watched Project Runway,this plant was used by Santino during one of the challenges which required designers to use plants}
so anyways,firstly,we had to dig really deep holes to put these plants inside,and while we were doing the digging,a lot of ppl going home,all stared at us....-_- it was a lil irritating la,cause its not as if u have never seen people/bangla doing these jobs mah,so we were like unpaid banglas' doing this.... so when we were done,i was sweating buckets,but it was kinda fun to a certain extent, cause we had a few good laughs and there was finally a bit of bonding between some of the other classmates.... =)

so we concluded our work at around 5.30pm,and it was when the rain started to pour all over again,but it was even harder this time....-_-''''
therefore,i decided to go to my mum's office to meet her and get a ride home.....i thought it would only take 30-45 mins to go home,but i TOTALLY forgot about the rush hour traffic,in the end,it took at least 1hr to get home....along the way,my mum was like complaining how her co-worker got on her nerves,and she just kept b!tching about the whole thing lor...... hahaha,i really wouldn't want to get on her bad side,kinda scary =/........

that's it for today,tml will be a boring day for me,i have to attend the even week IAC class to make up for my absecence last week....T_T,total strangers again......bleah.......
